Prize Surveys PDF - instructions for use:
This letter is a great way to find out if someone is opening your mail. It's an offer for easy money to be earned and once you have added a phone number (a number they are not familiar with) for the culprit to call, you'll have enough information to confront them with or take to the police. Be sure to have a basic questions list so you can identify them (address drivers license number, etc) based on what is asked in the letter. Print the letter out, then reprint it with the local phone number of your choosing. This will take some trial and error, but the effort will be worth it. Use the return address on the Prize Survey letter to print on the envelope you'll have to make. Be sure to mail this letter to yourself addressed as Occupant - Survey pays within 48 hours. The culprit will steal the envelope, call the survey number and you'll have all the proof you need.
